Identification of areas
in which firm will give consultancy services.

Firm abides with the
OCCF code of ethics.

Payment of the
prescribed
fees.

Satisfaction of the
criteria required for registration.

Consultancy firm
should not promote its services in a manner contrary
to the professional norms of ethics or to belittle
the status of other firms.

To allow council
representatives to visit firm’s offices and provide
the necessary information and documents for
finalization of registration..

To notify the Council
of any fundamental changes, whether administrative
or technical which might affect firm’s
classification , within a period not exceeding one
month.

Annual updating of
firm’s register.

Firm should limit
its services to the registered areas of
specialization and reference should be made to the
council in case of new additions.

Stamping of
studies with the OCCF stamp as a
certification that the studies are done by a firm
registered with the OCCF.

No addition of new
areas of specialization will be approved unless the
firm has the appropriate
expertise.

For certain areas of consultancy
services an approval of the appropriate authorities
is required (i.e. security , military).
